Comfort Inn Hyde Park

The location was superb, with the underground so close and plenty of places to eat and mini supermarkets around. It was very close to a Hop on Hop off bus stop, so made it even easier for our touring plans. The breakfast was good with everything you expect from a continental one. The staff was really helpful and kept the area clean and replenished of food. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and looked like they had been recently decorated. The air conditioner was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with everything. We had everything we needed for the price we paid.

Really excellent value for money for such a central location, friendly greeting on my arrival - super guy at reception. Black out curtains were a huge bonus & my room at the back was nice & quiet and pretty clean. Nice & plentiful options available for breakfast. Will definitely remember this hotel for my next solo trip!

Excellent location near Hyde Park and subway stations, and slightly hidden from main road so reasonably quiet. Nice staff, I asked for 2 extra pillows and they gave us for free. They also helped us with the travel itinerary. The room was clean, with basic facilities working.

The room was smallish, but very comfortable, and exceeded what I had expected in amenity - especially given the location in The Lancasters! The breakfast was advertised as 'continental' but there was provision to make sandwiches - the coffee was also very good. Again, these exceeded expectations. I had arrived early, and my room was free, so I was able to check in - this was very helpful, as I had to change. Similarly, my flight wasn't leaving until the evening, and so I was able to store my bags at the hotel, and even continue using the wifi (within reason) so that I could get some necessary work done. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

Unfortunately, I was pickpocket in London on the 5th day of our trip. The hotel helped me a lot by generously printed out all my documents needed by the embassy. and for that I absolutely appreciate their kind help and generosity. Even though some people who reviewed this hotel that room is small, I find it just right and perfect. Actually, there is ample space for me to do my exercises and assignments. So the room space is perfect as long as there is a window :-)
